Editorial process and evaluation policy
Vie et milieu is a peer-reviewed journal publishing original research. Scientific articles are peer-reviewed. The journal uses OJS to manage its editorial workflow.
Submitted articles are first analysed by plagiarism detection software (Similarity Check - CrossRef). They are then assessed by the editorial team. If they comply with the editorial line and the instructions to authors, the articles are examined by at least two external referees, coordinated by an associate editor. Peer-review is carried out on a single-blind basis and follows the criteria set out in the assessment grid . All articles follow the same evaluation process, whether they are varias or published in special issues.
Articles are published within 12 months. For more details, you can consult the Vie et Milieu publication statistics on this page.
Proposals for special issues should be sent to the editorial board for internal assessment. Please contact : vimilieu@obs-banyuls.fr
